A. The Merchandiser will response for:
- Ensures that the shelves of a retail store are stocked with products and displays them accordingly for customers.
- Track inventory levels, report any issues or shortages to management and clean up unwanted items from flagrant violations in-store decorum.
B. Main Duties and Main Responsibilities
1. Outlet Visits and Merchandising
- - Make daily visits to outlets as assigned territory.
- - Do in-store merchandising by following the display guideline/planogram.
- - Ensure product branding and visibility performance in the market.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- - Build relationships with customers and communicate product, price, and pack changes.
- - Persuade and switch customers to using the company's services.
- - Keep customers informed of all launch promotions and ensure their effectiveness within the in-charge channel
- 3. Sales Support
- - Verify distribution share and list all SKUs of the product portfolio in Cambodia.
- - Closely support activities to sales team to deliver target achievement
- 4. Reporting and Database Management
- - Conduct market insight surveys and provide daily reports to line manager.
- - Manage customer database and ensure customer information is up-to-date and ready for use.
- 5. Another task might be assigned by the Key Account Manager or Management team from time to time.
- C. Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Diploma / High School Education
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
