Staff behavior monitoring: review the staff reports, and record the behavior of the staff. And shall always report to the management team if there is any irregular situation.
Company policy: acknowledge the policy of the company and need to release the company’s announcement every month. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management according to the company policy.
Attendant and Daily report: control the daily report, monthly report, and all staff attendant in the company.
Payroll: acknowledge the salary structure and process payroll calculation.
Recruitment: release the recruitment announcement and find the suitable channel to post and select the CV of candidates from Company opening position needed.
Staff contract: need to check the contract which is expired one and update for both Local and Foreign staff.
Process the required document for the company and staff with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
Check every announcement from the ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Not limited to above and included other HR related work.
