To support plan of action covering responsibilities of this position and review team’s RR & KPI.

To assist to establish bylaws and/or instruction and initiate new idea to support the acquisition of new business.

To support monitor and recommend department’s annual budget.

To assist to develop and deploy/recommend new sales initiatives, strategies and programs, including organizing promotion, booth activation, marketing sales activities, product development-etc.

To support both HO and FO to take necessary actions to acquire new business partner and push performance of existing business partner.

To support identify, evaluate and prioritize potential new business partners by analyzing market trends and competitors’ partnership strategies.

To monitor and research for new initiative business opportunity including but not limited to local or international market which will be newly established in Cambodia.

To explore and initiate new financial service solution for mass acquisition of school, firm & group sales banking.

To have a good relationships with internal staff and stakeholders to ensure open and fluid communication.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
