To prepare a plan of action covering responsibilities of this position and review team’s RR & KPI.

To assist HOD & DH to prepare Annual Business Plan for department.

  • To assist establish bylaws and/or instruction and initiate new idea to support the acquisition of new business.

To build monitor and recommend department’s annual budget.

To develop and deploy/recommend new sales initiatives, strategies and programs, including organizing promotion, booth activation, marketing sales activities, product development-etc.

To centralize business partner relation and support both HO and FO to take necessary actions to acquire new business partner and push performance of existing business partner.

To identify, evaluate and prioritize potential new business partners by analyzing market trends and competitors’ partnership strategies.

To monitor and research for new initiative business opportunity including but not limited to local or international market which will be newly established in Cambodia.

  • To explore and initiate new financial service solution for mass acquisition of school, firm & group sales banking.

In-depth knowledge of bank’s products and services with new initiative idea to keep promoting and giving the best solution to prospect partners including partner’s end user, staff etc.

To provide leadership & guidance as well as sharing the relevant knowhow to staff within the department.

To build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and stakeholders to ensure open and fluid communication.

  • To perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
