To prepare a plan of action covering responsibilities of this position and review team’s RR & KPI.
To assist to establish bylaws and/or instruction and initiate new idea to support the acquisition of new business.
To support monitor and recommend department’s annual budget.
To assist develop and deploy/recommend new sales initiatives, strategies and programs, including organizing promotion, booth activation, marketing sales activities, product development-etc.
To assist to support both HO and FO to take necessary actions to acquire new business partner and push performance of existing business partner.
To assist to identify, evaluate and prioritize potential new business partners by analyzing market trends and competitors’ partnership strategies.
To assist to monitor and research for new initiative business opportunity including but not limited to local or international market which will be newly established in Cambodia.
In-depth knowledge of bank’s products and services with new initiative idea to keep promoting and giving the best solution to prospect partners including partner’s end user, staff etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and stakeholders to ensure open and fluid communication.
